Manufacture of cigars.
- Gut or bonche. Several sheets are put together and rolled into another sheet (capote).
- Press. The gut or bonche that we have left is placed in molds for approximately 1 hour to give it shape and consistency.
- Layer rolling. Once the bonche is pressed, it is rolled in another finer and more beautiful tobacco leaf (layer), which is what gives it the finish, finally turning those leaves into a cigar.
- Rest in Cedar. The finished cigars are left to rest in cedar boxes for 30 days, during which time the different tobacco leaves are mixed and blended to give the cigar its flavor.
